Violet Flower
Violet is considered to be a very awesome and beautiful flower and it symbolize forgiveness, peace and meditation. For many years Violets have been cultivated and used as medicines and also for cooking.

When these flowers bloom, they are used to beautify salads or in stuffing’s for poultry or fish. Also desserts can be flavored with the spirit of Viola flowers. The young leaves are cooked as a somewhat bland leaf vegetable and are not poisonous.
Viola odorata is used in the perfume industry as a basis for scents. Iodine is present in the flowers, which turns off the capability for people to smell the perfumed amalgam for some time. Violet is recognized to have a flirty aroma as its perfume which keeps coming and going. Viola species are used as cooking plants by the larvae of some Lepidoptera ranges which include large yellow under wing, high brown fritillary, setaceous Hebrew character etc.
Violets are rich in vitamins A and C and thus have been used for medical purpose since a long time. The plant is also made to be used to make herbal tea that is used in many Chinese medicines that contain a sort of antioxidant which is called an anthocyanin.
